Check Engine Light
Codes from the ECU — we read them, trace the root cause, and tell you what's actually wrong before recommending parts.
From sensor faults and oil leaks to full overhauls — same-day diagnostics on most issues, factory-spec repairs, and a free part-replacement warranty.
Whether it's a check-engine light or a full rebuild, our process is the same: diagnose it once, fix it right, and back it up.
If you're running into any of these, give us a call. Most of them we can read on a scanner in under an hour.
Codes from the ECU — we read them, trace the root cause, and tell you what's actually wrong before recommending parts.
Battery, starter, glow plugs, fuel delivery, or compression — we work the diagnostic tree, not guesswork.
Turbo lag, derate codes, restricted exhaust, or fuel pressure issues. Common with regen-related faults.
Black, blue, or white — each one means something different. We diagnose it before parts come off.
Cooling system, head gasket, EGR cooler, or fan clutch. Caught early it's a quick fix; caught late it's a rebuild.
Front and rear seals, oil pan, valve cover, water pump, or radiator. We pressure-test before throwing parts at it.
No upsells. No guessing. Four steps from truck-in-the-bay to back-on-the-road.
Scanner, visual inspection, and live data. We find the root cause, not just the symptom.
You get a clear estimate — parts, labor, and timeline — before we turn a single wrench.
Quality parts, factory torque specs, and a tech who knows the engine. No shortcuts.
We don't release the truck until it pulls clean, runs cool, and the codes are gone.

Every major heavy-duty diesel — Detroit Diesel (DD13, DD15, DD16, Series 60), Cummins (ISX, X15, ISB, ISC), Caterpillar (C13, C15, 3406), Mack (MP7, MP8), Volvo (D11, D13, D16), and Paccar (MX-11, MX-13) found in Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo, and International trucks.
Most diagnostics are done same day. Smaller repairs (sensors, leaks, EGR/DPF work) are typically 1–2 days. Major work like in-frame overhauls or head jobs runs longer — but you'll get a timeline with the quote, before we start.
Yes — for many issues we'll come to you anywhere in the GTA during business hours. Call us first so we know what to bring; not every job (especially major engine work) can be done on the side of the road.
If a part we installed fails, we replace it free. Simple as that. Labor terms vary by job size — we'll spell it out on your invoice.
Yes. We're a licensed MTO Safety Inspection Station, so if your truck is in for engine work and needs a sticker, we can knock both out in one visit.
Call and you'll talk to a real mechanic, not a service writer. We'll tell you what we think before you bring it in.
